The house has a front door, that can be accessed by the brick walkway leading to the front of the home, or via the driveway through the garage. The garage entrance leads you into a hallway that opens up into the kitchen. This bright kitchen features state of the art appliances, many of which are Miele. From a full-sized wine cooler, to a microwave, custom fridge and freezer, under the cabinet ice maker, drink cooling drawers, and dishwasher, this kitchen has it all! Fully stocked for you to cook at home during your stay. Currently, the house features a small table and 4 stools in the kitchen, but it eventually will be replaced by a portable island that serves as extra space to pre food and prepare meals, or set out appetizers and dinner, etc.

The kitchen is next to and flows directly in to the dining room, which has a partial open air concept leading to the Great Room and the Den. This wooden dining room table seats 7 people, and provides plenty of space to enjoy a meal together. The fun chandelier accents the décor in the dining room.

The Great Room has plenty of space for the group together with cozy furniture. The art above the fireplace covers the TV. Some of the furniture and décor in the Great Room has been updated to have a more everyday style. The room has a mirrored wall on the right, which reflects the pool and backyard space, to make the room look even larger. The room is flooded with natural lights, vaulted ceilings and features a Sonos system that’s also accessed on the patio and in the den.

The house also has a wonderful den that is just off the dining room. It features vaulted Pecky Cypress ceilings, and lots of natural light, in addition to a TV. This room is a great place to gather for a conversation, to watch a game or movie, and to drink coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening.

The primary bedroom is in the back corner of the house and features a beautiful view of the backyard and pool, in addition to sliding doors that lead to the back patio. The room features plenty of natural light, an upholstered headboard and king bed, lamps on each bedside table, a dresser, and a TV. There is a vanity adjacent to the walk-in closet that features a vanity stool, a great spot for getting ready. The en-suite bathroom was recently renovated and features an oversized shower and large vanity.

The second bedroom has 3 twin beds, great for a kids room or for adults. This fun bedroom features turquoise accents, lots of natural light, a ceiling fan, TV, closet and a dresser that doubles as a bedside table. The recently renovated, en-suite bathroom features a combination shower – tub and an oversized vanity with stylish accents and finishes.

The third bedroom features a king, upholstered bed with chartreuse accents and a coastal inspired chandelier and oversized rattan chair. This bedroom also has lots of a natural light, a dresser and TV, a desk and desk chair that’s ideal for anyone working during their stay. The recently renovated en-suite bathroom features a large shower with a rainfall showerhead and an oversized vanity.

The fourth bedroom is off the front of the house nearest to the kitchen and is a cozy yet chic space. The only carpeted bedroom in the house, this room features orange accents, a plush king bed, vaulted shiplap ceilings, a dresser and furniture chair. The bedroom features a recently renovated en-suite bathroom with a shower with glass doors, oversized vanity, and closet.

The outdoor living space on this property truly makes the experience! From the huge natural gas grill and outdoor dining table for 4 that is just off of the kitchen, to the spacious back patio with 4 furniture chairs around the fire pit, and a chaise lounge, this backyard has it all. The pool is quite large and was designed with the landscaping to be a tropical oasis along with the hot tub and water feature. The grass portion of the backyard is huge, great for kids running around or playing games, and has a wall on that side. The front yard is incredibly large as well. Parking for this house is available in the gravel driveway, parking spot to the left of the driveway, and gravel parking pad adjacent to the driveway.

There are 5 adult beach bikes available for guests to use for free in the garage, included in the rental.

Heating the hot tub is included for free in the rental. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, but must be arranged prior to your stay.

This house IS available for longer terms rentals. Please reach out to go over your desired stay length and to go over pricing. While dogs are not generally allowed, if you are looking for a rental where you can bring your dog, please reach out to see if they would be approved and what the fee is.

There is a 6-seater, gas golf cart in the garage. This is available to rent only, and is not included with the rental of the house. The golf cart is to stay in the garage, even if the renters are not renting it. The rental fee is $300 for a 3 night rental of $500 for a 7 night rental, and must be rented for the entire stay if it is rented.

Option to Purchase Sea Island Temporary Membership Cards:

The homeowner has a Sea Island Membership, thus Temporary Membership Cards can be arranged and purchased for renters, which grants them access to all Sea Island Amenities and gives them the ability to book activities, dining, spa, golf, etc with Sea Island. This must be done prior to arrival and in advance of your stay. Cards are never guaranteed and are subject to availability from the club and to their policies (which can change). If the guest chooses to purchase temporary membership cards, the guest is charged the fees, as shown below:

Adults (26+): $175 per adult, per day

2 free children’s cards are provided per family, with the purchase of at least 1 adult card, per family that day.

Children Under 26: $60 per child per day. Children are considered under 26 years old, not married, immediate children.

Children Under 7: are free (if an adult has purchased a card) and cannot have their own card. Children can receive their own card once they turn 7.

Guests can pick and choose who in the group gets cards, and on what days. **Guests are required to purchase cards for consecutive days, no skipping dates in between (ie has to be the 6th - 8th, not the 6th and 8th.)** One person can book up to two tee times and one dining reservation for the same day with one card. Please reach out if you have questions or want more information on how temp member cards work.

Example: A Family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 children under 26 will be charged the following on a daily basis for the days that they opt to purchase temp member cards: $175 per adult, per day and nothing for their 2 children, so their total would be $350 per day. If a family has 3 children under 26, that are 5, 7 and 9, the 5 year old would not need a card.. Then the 7 and 9 year old would be covered by the parents’ cards. This would be a total of $350 per day to have temporary membership cards for everyone. Children under 7 are free and cannot have their own card until they turn 7.

Guests have full access to the home! There is one small closet in the primary bathroom that is locked off. However, the walk-in closet is still available for guests to use in the primary bedroom. The rest of the property is accessible to guests. There is a golf cart available for rent in the garage. If guests do not rent it, they cannot use it.
